Prioritization and choices to make 


Cegeka approaches the market from three different angles.
Starting from its actual offer and competences, Cegeka wants to anticipate commercial opportunities
(re-actively).
Furthermore, we want to bring a story that (pro-actively) meets the main necessities of our customers. And, finally, we even feel called to bring latent necessities to the surface.

 

Such a commercial approach requires a profound knowledge of the market and a continuous interaction with that same market. The latter means – besides hard work – a distinct focus on well defined market segments or sectors.


Spearhead sectors

Today, Cegeka distinguishes five spearhead sectors:

  • In Belgium they are the social security, government (Flemish and local governmental services),
    health care, banking and insurances, and media.
  • In the Netherlands we focus on care and housing corporations.


 

Market oriented solutions

Thanks to its knowledge of those sectors, Cegeka can design industrialized or vertical solutions: solutions that, on the basis of existing technologies or packages, are adapted to specific needs.

We refer to our solutions for medical processes such as the medical record and the follow-up of the medication therapy,…
but also to our solutions for governmental institutions, the social security, the financial sector and the media and - at this moment mainly in the Netherlands - care and housing corporations.
In the future, we will even refine this sector oriented approach, in order to further develop our role as a partner, a complete provider and a sector specialist.
