Functional & Business Analysis

As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline for contingency roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, verifying, and nurturing candidates to ensure we have a ready pool of qualified talent. This role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on candidate engagement.

  • Screen applicants from ATS (iCIMS), job boards, and targeted campaigns
  • Reach out to potential candidates who fit the role
  • Conduct MS Teams calls to verify candidate details
  • Prepare and submit verified candidate documentation
  • Keep ATS data current (resumes, forms, skill tags)
  • Engage with pipeline candidates every 6 months to retain interest
  • Develop sourcing campaigns and build talent pools
  • Maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of sourcing or US IT Recruitment experience
  • Experience using ATS (iCIMS preferred)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage and grow talent networks
