Cegeka holds a first place in the category of application development, maintenance and testing with a customer satisfaction of 85%, 7% above market average. Cegeka ranks third in the IT-domain of end-user-services (digital workplace) with a customer satisfaction of 78%.
Cegeka achieved good results in terms of the following key performance indicators:
Second place (84%) in terms of Service Delivery Quality: the service delivery is of good quality (e.g. deadlines met, expected service quality and required technical skills);
Fourth place (84%) in terms of Business Understanding (the service provider understands our business).
