MS Dynamics CRM support engineer

Job title: MS Dynamics CRM support engineer

We are looking for support engineers to join our team working on client projects in in MS Dynamics CRM environment.

What will you do?

• Support clients apps MS Dynamics CRM/XRM and web portals
• Ticket analyse/customer-generated requests coming from CRM team
• Solve tickets efficiently
• Keep track of all requests and its documentation in designated tool
• Close cooperation with team-mates to provide high-level service
• Report to supervisor
• Suggest service optimization and optimization of individual processes

Profile of ideal candidate:

Experience in technical ICT support, general IT background, knowledge of .NET (troubleshooting), good level of English, communication skills, client-oriented. Experience with CRM (MS Dynamics, CRM, Salesforce) and ticketing systems is an advantage.
