Cegeka has signed a new five-year Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft, marking an important next step in its ambition to build an AI-enabled workplace and accelerate the adoption of generative AI across the organization.
As part of the agreement, Cegeka is expanding its Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment from 1,000 to 5,000 users and will provide access to Microsoft 365 E7 – The Frontier Suite, launched by Microsoft in May 2026, for knowledge workers across all countries in which the company operates.
The agreement reflects Cegeka's long-standing strategic partnership with Microsoft and underscores the company's ambition to lead by example in the responsible adoption of AI technologies. By acting as customer zero, Cegeka aims to build first-hand expertise that helps it advise customers even more effectively on secure, responsible AI adoption.
"AI is fundamentally changing the way organizations work and create value. By expanding Microsoft 365 Copilot and adopting Frontier Suite at scale, we're taking the next step in creating a secure, AI-enabled workplace that helps our employees work smarter, innovate faster and deliver even more value to our customers," says Luc Dedroog. "By deploying these capabilities ourselves first, we gain the practical experience needed to guide customers from AI experimentation to secure, scalable adoption."
Over the past years, Cegeka has actively explored the potential of generative AI through Microsoft 365 Copilot, internal AI initiatives and customer projects. The new agreement allows the company to move from targeted adoption towards organization-wide deployment.
The Frontier Suite combines Microsoft 365 Copilot with advanced security, compliance and AI governance capabilities. It also introduces Agent 365, Microsoft's platform for creating, deploying and managing AI agents in a controlled enterprise environment.
By bringing these capabilities together in a single platform, Cegeka aims to accelerate productivity while maintaining the highest standards for security, compliance and responsible AI use.
Cegeka is among the first organizations in Belgium to adopt Microsoft 365 E7 – The Frontier Suite at this scale.
The investment supports Cegeka's broader vision of the future workplace, where employees work alongside AI assistants and specialized AI agents to automate repetitive tasks, access knowledge more efficiently and focus on higher-value work.
At the same time, the company continues to invest heavily in AI skills development, adoption programs and governance frameworks to ensure employees can embrace AI in a secure and responsible manner.
The agreement further strengthens the collaboration between Cegeka and Microsoft, which already spans cloud transformation, data & AI, cybersecurity and digital workplace solutions.
“Cegeka has long been one of Microsoft’s most strategic and forward-thinking partners,” says Marijke Schroos, General Manager at Microsoft BeLux. “By extending Microsoft 365 E7 - the frontier suite, Cegeka is not only investing in AI-powered productivity and security, but also setting a powerful example of how organizations can embrace the next era of AI-driven innovation. Their experience will definitely be of great value to our joint customers.”
As a Microsoft partner, Cegeka helps organizations leverage AI technologies to create business value. By deploying the latest Microsoft AI capabilities internally, the company gains first-hand experience that can be translated into practical guidance and solutions for customers.
