Veenendaal, 1 March 2021 – The integration of data specialist Finavista, acquired by Cegeka in May 2020, has been completed. As of March 1, Finavista will continue as Cegeka Data Solutions, in which all data-related activities of Cegeka in the Netherlands are bundled. With these activities, Cegeka is responding to the increasing demand for data-related services and solutions.
Like the Belgian organization, Cegeka Netherlands now also offers services and solutions in the field of data, applications and infrastructure, the IT trinity for every company. It is the ambition of Cegeka Data Solutions to be one of the top 5 data specialists in the Netherlands by 2025. In time, the portfolio must also become available in the other countries in which Cegeka is active.
Marcel Schenk, director of Cegeka Data Solutions: “We see that more and more organizations want to improve their predictive capacity in order to be able to anticipate better. They invest in a data-driven approach and the required IT infrastructure. In 2020, for example, € 1.6 billion will be invested in AI solutions in the Netherlands. By 2025, that investment will have doubled (source: ING Sector Research). We therefore expect that the data-related activities within Cegeka will grow the fastest.”
