I started the journey with Cegeka about 2 years ago which came as a challenge of wanting to further improve myself from a personal and professional point of view.
The very first months in Cegeka were very challenging and interesting for me, having to deep dive into the processes and induction phases, where I tried as much as I could to know the colleagues as well as the customers.
The team I belong to embraced me right from the beginning, trying to push me in the right direction in regards to the technical challenges of my duty.
This aspect is definitely one of the key points that made me chose Cegeka since I wanted to work together with skilled people who are passionate about what they do.
I must bring a very big "Thank you!" to them and I wish anyone has a crew like mine 😃
- What inspires you to become better in what you are doing?
Starting with the journey at Cegeka, I discovered that you will need to support different customers with a lot of different infrastructures and specifics - and the icing on the cake - at the same time.
But how should you deal with that? This was quite challenging for me but it motivated me so I tried to push myself even harder to provide the same level of quality for each and every customer, even if more efforts are of course implied. But guess what? Hard work pays off in the end. So treat the others with the same professionalism you would like to be treated instead.
- How does Cegeka encourage you to achieve your personal and professional goals?
There`s enough flexibility here to further develop yourself by collaborating with some other colleagues from different departments, in case you want to develop yourself into some related technologies. Moreover, the specific trainings for your role are a must, so be prepared to learn new things to provide even better services.
- What do you love about your job at Cegeka?
Right from the induction phase I felt that here in Cegeka it's more like a family, having a tour of all the departments and also short meetings with key people that work here.
So this feeling of actually being part of a family and not just a regular employee from a big company, boosts your self-esteem, letting you be proud of your work on your position.
Furthermore, I really appreciate on the current job the opportunities to learn about other related technologies to have even a wider area of knowledge.
