As a service desk agent, you will fulfil an important role in our 24/7 multi-customer Service Desk organization. You are part of the Cegeka 1st Level Team and you are our main customer interface. The Service Desk 1st Line Team operates in 24/7 shifts. The multi-customer Service Desk has a shared delivery model and it offers support to critical and high incidents outside business hours.

  • Act as Primary Point Of Contact for calls, mails, and tickets (self-service portal and internal/customer ticketing tool/s) within agreed service level agreements
  • Escalate urgent incidents to our standby agent
  • Assisting in creating operational reports
  • Handling the back-office tasks as defined during customer intake/change of scope (dynamic customer portfolio)
  • Continuously contribute to the idea management for creating efficiency within the Service Desk Team
  • Actively participate in change coordination activities

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent customer support skills
  • Good technical skills: hardware/software troubleshooting, remote connectivity, etc
  • Team spirit
