Wat houdt de job in?

  • We’re looking for someone dynamic with a real interest for IT and for international recruitment.
  • Preferably experience of 1 to 3 year in the IT recruitment sector.
  • Experience with the EI is considered as an advantage.
  • Entrepreneur mindset, curiosity, flexibility and capacity to adapt .
  • Good organizational skills and attention for details .
  • Good influencer.
  • Fluent English, fluency in French is an asset.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Sourcing & Recruitment of IT consultants (development & infrastructure/support) with a complete focus on the European Institutions (EUI).
  • Development and maintenance of a network of potential candidates (own network, CEGEKA’s network, active Cegeka’s consultants @ EC).
  • Ensuring a high level of matching between client’s needs and candidate’s experience and expectations.
  • Coordination with administrative support, finance and HR.
  • Day to day use of Cegeka’s candidate DB management system.
  • After a period of 6 to 12 months, account management of targeted Directorates General and Agencies.
  • Regular follow-up meetings with placed consultants and clients.
