Lucian Butnaru

General Manager

Lucian is the General Manager of Cegeka Romania. He joined the company in 2013 and brought his entrepreneurial spirit not only in his business but in his way of working with people. His Agile way of managing staff and accomplish business objectives is in line with the Cegeka Group core values.

Adrian Canutescu

Operations Manager

Adrian is the Head of Software Development in Cegeka Romania, a professional with over 10 years of experience in the coordination and management of R&D and Custom Software Development Teams. An early adopter and strong believer in the Agile philosophy, Adrian aims to constantly simplify and improve processes, helping to build and grow flexible, strong and efficient delivery Teams.

Tom De Vos

Director Cegeka Global Managed Services Center 

Tom De Vos has over 20 years of experience in IT and has been working in Cegeka Romania for over 6 years. He started as Country Manager in 2010. Tom is in line with our entrepreneurial culture and fits perfectly in our working environment. Tom drives change and innovation and he is running Cegeka's Global Managed Services Center, managing the infrastructure and applications of Cegeka's customers.

Stefan Chirigiu

Finance Business Partner

Stefan joined Cegeka in 2011 and since then he has been in charge with all the financial operations. He manages the finance operations for Cegeka Romania and the direct finance reports within Cegeka Group. Stefan has excellent communication skills, manages a dedicated team and provides leadership to the Board’s Finance and Accounting Strategy.

Cristina Olariu

HR Director

Cristina joined Cegeka in 2017 and is managing the HR team of Cegeka Romania. She has an overall experience of over 14 years, both on the business side as well as HR professional in international companies. Her role is to support the growth of the business and to be a trusted advisor for her peers and colleagues. What she likes at Cegeka are the colleagues, the values and the true spirit of the company which can not be seen on the outside, but can be felt from the moment you walk in.

Cristina Olariu

Ovidiu Pinghioiu

Business Development Manager

At Cegeka, Ovidiu is in charge of the Professional Services division, which handles our customer request of having high skilled developers working for a period of time on their premises.  Ovidiu has eleven years experience in Sales, out of which six are in selling IT Services.
