P6 Planner (Contract)

Cegeka UK are seeking a DV cleared (or DV eligible) P6 Planner, on behalf of our UK Central Government client. Our client requires support in maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support business needs and outputs. Starting ASAP, this would operate in a full-time, on-site capacity for 18 months at our client’s Burghfield site, and would sit inside of IR35.

  • Creation of work breakdown structures, including resource loading, IMS, and project-specific documentation
  • Input into month-end processes including updating schedule progress
  • Production of Planning and EV deliverables in accordance with the appropriate procedures and guidelines.
  • Providing Planning input to Investment approval and Change Control process, Risk and Opportunity process, and Peer reviews.

What you need to succeed:

  • Demonstratable Planning experience
  • A strong aptitude of both Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
  • Aptitude within Network logic, float paths, WBS/CBS creation and Change control
  • Strong Stakeholder management
