Cegeka UK are seeking a BPSS cleared Project Manager Assistant on behalf of our UK Central Government client. Our client requires support in the set-up, administration and coordination of projects across a large minor works portfolio. Starting late September, this would operate in a full-time, hybrid capacity with 3 days per week attendance at our client’s Birmingham site, lasting 6 months and would sit inside of IR35.

  • Assist the Project Management team in delivering projects to time, cost, and quality standards
  • Collate, format, and distribute project data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress using established reporting systems
  • Maintain and generate project documentation in line with reporting guidelines
  • Support document control and SharePoint management
  • Help organise and streamline the Citadel system for project tracking and reporting

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in project support or administration
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Citadel, SharePoint and document control processes
