You actively contribute to shaping solutions solutions that align with our customers’ goals. You are responsible for developing efficient strategies in which cost, continuity, and quality are always safeguarded.  #LI-AP1

  • Solution architecture and strategic coherence: You define the high-level architecture of the solution and safeguard the coherence and consistency of the chosen strategy. You create oversight and ensure a coherent build-up of the end-to-end solution. 
  • Translating customer needs into technical solutions: You respond to specifications and tenders by translating customer needs into the unique strengths of our full portfolio. You focus on domains such as hybrid cloud, digital workplace, transitions, governance and security. 
  • Collaboration and alignment: You work closely with presales domain architects, the bid manager, and the sales team to develop a consistent and feasible solution. 
  • Transition management: You calculate and analyze the costs and benefits of transitions and perform risk analyses for the proposed transition approaches. You manage transitions end-to-end and ensure they run without interruption for the customer. 
  • Stakeholder management and customer interaction: You manage stakeholders effectively by gathering all necessary information, so you understand the customer’s needs in detail and closely align with their vision and requirements. 
  • Developing roadmaps and future-oriented strategies: Starting from the existing architecture, you develop a long-term roadmap, guiding the customer toward the future with a proactive view on technology and services. 
  • Clear reporting and budget management: You monitor costs and budgets from start to finish. You produce clear, attractive proposals that make the value of the solution evident. 
  • Support during implementation: The blueprint you develop forms the basis for implementing the solution. The team of technical/lead architects and engineers can rely on your guiding handover before the rollout phase. 

What you need to succeed:

  • Education and experience: You have a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant field, with knowledge on how to answer to deals or rfp’s. Experience in working customer facing is a plus in this.  
  • Transition expertise: You have experience in transition management and can smoothly transform complex environments into renewed structures, including making transition impact calculations and strategically applying risk control. 
  • Governance expertise: Expertise in governance skills and estimations is a plus! We are looking to expand our team knowledge of governance expertise.  
  • Strong analytical and communication skills: You have strong analytical skills, present fluently, and communicate complex solutions convincingly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Technical skills: You can work effortlessly with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create clear and detailed presentations and analyses. Ability to work with AI agent. 
  • Multilingual: Excellent command English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. 
  • Customer focus and persuasiveness: You have strong empathy and can convince customers with solutions that add value and meet their expectations. 
  • Results- and quality-oriented: You are resilient under stress, results-driven, and prioritize quality, even under pressure. You enjoy working to deadlines and are driven to tackle challenges effectively, even with incomplete information.
