We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Specialist to join our Engineered Systems Team. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest Engineered Systems (Exadata, PCA, ZFS, ZDLRA), Oracle technologies (19c and above) and cloud solutions (ExaCC, C3). In this role, you will be responsible for both the operational support of existing customer environments and the implementation of new projects. You will combine strong technical expertise with the right soft skills: a proactive attitude, initiative, accountability, and effective collaboration with colleagues. #LI-AP1

  • Manage and optimize Oracle databases (19c and later).
  • Maintain and support Oracle Engineered Systems (Exadata, PCA, ZFS, ZDLRA) and their cloud counterparts (ExaCC, C3).
  • Install, configure, and migrate new database environments.
  • Proactively monitor and resolve incidents and performance issues.
  • Contribute to customer projects, including upgrades, consolidations, and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Independently perform complex tasks and take ownership through to successful completion.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong experience in Oracle database administration (19c or higher).
  • Knowledge of one or more Oracle Engineered Systems (Exadata, PCA, ZFS, ZDLRA) or cloud variants (ExaCC, C3).
  • Hands-on mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with a solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • Valid Oracle certifications are an advantage, but not required.
  • Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible) or automation is considered a plus.
