We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Helpdesk Engineer to serve as the first-line support within the IT Department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Jira and Azure DevOps administration, combined with hands-on expertise in Microsoft-centric environments.

  • Administer and manage Jira and Azure DevOps projects, including project setup, permissions, configurations, and user access management.
  • Manage user lifecycle activities in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including account creation, updates, deactivation, group memberships, app registrations, and role assignments.
  • Handle license management across Azure, Jira, and Azure DevOps platforms, including quarterly reporting, compliance tracking, and inactive user cleanup.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams environments, channels, memberships, guest access, and naming convention compliance.
  • Manage users, roles, and legal entity access within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO).
  • Maintain mailing lists and distribution groups in line with business and governance requirements.
  • Perform Jira administration activities, including workflow configuration, service desk setup, add-on management (e.g., TFS4Jira), bulk imports, and data quality validation.
  • Monitor Azure virtual machines and Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) environments and escalate anomalies where necessary.
  • Provide first-line and second-line IT support for CBS IT-related requests and incidents.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, reports, runbooks, and executive summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong experience with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Portal & Azure DevOps, Jira Administration, Microsoft Teams Administration, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
  • Experience with Jira add-ons such as TFS4Jira.
  • Good understanding of user access management, governance, and compliance practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
