Change Manager

We’re seeking an ITIL Change Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end change process from intake through approval, implementation, validation, and closure. while tightly integrating with incident, problem, release, risk, and service request workflows. You’ll assess impacts and risks, define rollback and mitigation plans, ensure SLA alignment, and maintain stakeholder communication.

  • Assess client’s current vs desired state, then propose aligned change solutions, factoring in risks, dependencies, and framework constraints.
  • Organize and adjust the change process for maximum efficiency and quality in line with client requirements.
  • Report status and progress to stakeholders routinely to keep everyone informed.
  • Actively engage in governance and CABs to ensure controlled, client‑consulted change execution.
  • Plan and coordinate team efforts based on priorities and skills to meet SLAs.
  • Serve as primary client contact for feedback and satisfaction checks, initiating action plans for improvements.
  • Review procedures for efficiency and completeness, proposing enhancements to streamline operations and boost satisfaction.
  • Stay current with ITIL developments to maintain expertise and deliver informed guidance.

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years’ experience in IT change management or closely related ITIL practices (incident/problem/release).
  • Solid foundation in ITIL frameworks, especially Change Management.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, BMC, HP Service Manager, ITSM).
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable running CABs, aligning technical & business stakeholders.
  • Positive, collaborative “can-do” attitude, always solution-oriented.
  • Preferred ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
