As an L&D Assistant, you will support the global Learning & Development team in delivering a seamless and engaging learning experience for our employees. You will handle learning requests, manage training logistics, maintain learning systems, and provide administrative support across internal and external programs

  • Respond to employee learning requests via the ticketing system (Horizon) in a timely and customer-oriented way.
  • Register employees for internal and external training events.
  • Organize internal training sessions end-to-end, including logistics, communications, and follow-up.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (Campus) and curate a relevant training library.
  • Provide administrative support for large-scale learning initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to learning and development.

What you need to succeed:

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or ticketing systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with an open and curious mindset
