OCI Cloud System Engineer

Join Cegeka India as an OCI Cloud Engineer and work on enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud Infrastructure projects for global customers. You’ll work with modern cloud technologies while collaborating with a global team to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

• Implement and deliver Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) projects for global customers, ensuring high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Design and deliver effective technical solutions while maintaining the high standards expected by clients.
• Continuously develop your public cloud expertise and grow into a trusted OCI specialist and role model for junior colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation and confidently present solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Public Cloud Competence Center by exploring new technologies and driving cloud innovation.
• Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment by exchanging ideas and experiences with colleagues.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience as a Cloud System Engineer.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its IaaS components, including Compute, Block/Object Storage, Full Stack Disaster Recovery, and OKE.
• Experience with OCI PaaS services, including Autonomous Database, OIC, and WebLogic Server for OCI.
• Proven experience in setting up enterprise-scale OCI Landing Zones based on the OCI Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).
• Strong knowledge of OCI networking, including VCNs, subnets, load balancing, Security Lists, NSGs, IPSec VPN, and FastConnect.
• Hands-on experience with OCI security, including IAM policies, Cloud Guard, CIS compliance, and WAF.
• Strong experience with Automation and DevOps tools such as Ansible, GitHub/GitLab, Terraform, OCI DevOps, and Oracle Resource Manager.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.Tech, BE, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
