Power Platform Application Architect

As a Power Platform Application Architect, you play a pivotal role in our Microsoft pre-sales engagements. You help customers envision, validate, and adopt business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, accelerating their journey from idea to impact. You combine solution architecture, rapid application prototyping, and value storytelling to demonstrate how Power Platform enables innovation, integration, and scale within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Microsoft-Aligned Solution Architecture (Pre-Sales)
• Lead Power Platform solution architecture in Microsoft-centric pre-sales engagements
• Translate customer business challenges into comprehensive application architectures leveraging: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, DataversePower Pages, Copilot Studio
• Position Power Platform as a strategic layer within the Microsoft Cloud, integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure
• Define solution approaches aligned with Microsoft best practices and Well-Architected principles
• Proof of Concept, Demos & Innovation
• Design and deliver customer-specific Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and demos that validate solution feasibility and business value
• Rapidly prototype applications and automations to support solution envisioning and decision-making
• Demonstrate secure, scalable, and governable Power Platform implementations
• Showcase innovation through Copilot, AI Builder, and intelligent automation scenarios
• Value Proposition & Technical Storytelling
• Build Power Platform propositions and solution narratives aligned to Microsoft use-cases and customer priorities
• Articulate business outcomes, ROI, and time-to-value
• Support Microsoft-style engagements such as: Solution envisioning sessions, Technical workshops, Architecture deep dives, Executive demos
• Partner closely with sales teams to accelerate opportunities and increase win rates
• Partner Excellence & Delivery Readiness
• Act as a Power Platform subject-matter expert in customer and Microsoft partner interactions
• Define reference architectures, reusable assets, and demo accelerators
• Ensure architectural alignment and a clean handover to delivery teams post-sales
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap, release waves, and partner guidance

• Power Platform & Microsoft Cloud: Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform & Strong understanding of Dataverse, security model, environments, and ALM
• Experience integrating Power Platform with: Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services (APIs, Functions, Logic Apps)
• Familiarity with Microsoft governance, compliance, and identity (Entra ID)
• Pre-Sales & Consulting Capability
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting
• Strong customer-facing skills, including workshop facilitation and executive communication
• Ability to translate business requirements into Microsoft-aligned solution architectures
• Confident in demo-driven storytelling and value-based selling
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (Solution Architect / Developer)
• Experience working within a Microsoft Solution Partner environment
• Exposure to industry solutions or accelerators
• Experience with AI-powered low-code solutions
