We're looking for a Senior Leader - HR Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you'll lead complex global HR projects that align with our strategic priorities, ensuring consistent governance and excellence in delivery. A PMI certification and experience in HR services are essential for success in this role.

  • Proven experience in Human Capital Management or Advisory Services, supporting HR functions such as Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global HR projects and execute corporate-wide initiatives, delivering high-impact strategic outcomes.
  • Skilled in designing detailed project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities on time and within budget, and ensuring ongoing support for project teams.
  • Proficient in communicating with and influencing senior management, delivering timely reports and presentations.
  • Ensures alignment with PMO governance processes and compliance with PMI standards for project management.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to managers, leaders, and senior executives, keeping them updated on project progress.
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments, report identified risks to management, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Provide appropriate oversight of costs and budgets for assigned projects in collaboration with the PMO Business Analyst and project owners.
  • Act as a liaison between HR Centers of Excellence and other areas of HR and the enterprise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage change and compliance initiatives related to projects, ensuring alignment with the HR PMO Governance model and PMI standards.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for related fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Technology.
  • At least three years of related experience required.
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications required.
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, including project risk management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and conduct research effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships across business lines and levels, utilizing exceptional listening and facilitation skills to drive effective outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project Management tools, including Microsoft Project; understanding of databases and project management software is essential.
