Are you an experienced SCM expert ready to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain processes in Dynamics 365 implementations within the process industry? We’re looking for a confident and skilled SCM Solution Architect to join our team and play a central role in guiding our clients—especially within pharma, food and process manufacturing through successful D365 F&SCM transformations. In this role, you will be the strategic lead responsible for defining, designing, and implementing the full supply chain solution landscape, with a strong focus on production. You will work closely with project managers, technical architects, and application consultants to ensure high-quality deliveries from initiation to go-live. You’ll also play a key part in the validation of best practice processes and help shape the implementation using our established project methodology. In your day to day job you will be covering the following key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the entire SCM domain in Dynamics 365 projects, with a strong understanding of production-related flows.
  • Define the solution architecture and oversee implementation in collaboration with functional and technical experts.
  • Translate customer needs into solid conceptual and practical solutions.
  • Ensure completeness and quality of functional designs and test scenarios.
  • Mentor and lead consultants in areas such as solution architecture and application consulting.
  • Actively contribute during pre-sales processes.

What you need to succeed:

  • 8–10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, ideally with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing.
  • Extensive experience from full-cycle implementation projects, preferably in a global environment.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, especially within production.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; you're confident in taking ownership and making decisions.
  • Background in process industry (pharma, life science, food manufacturing, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is not required but would be a plus.
  • Open to travel.
