Technical Lead Consultant IFS

We are looking for an IFS Technical Lead Consultant who can guide and support our customers with best practices from a technical perspective. Our team is dedicated to leading and executing IFS implementations and upgrades, as well as providing ongoing support services (AMS) after project execution. With our extensive experience, methodologies, and continuous feedback from our clients, we position ourselves as the ideal long-term partner for customers, business partners, and employees.

• Ensure stable, secure, and performant operation of IFS environments (production, test, development)
• Own technical configuration, monitoring and performance tuning
• Handle Incidents, problems and root cause analysis (2nd/3rd line Support)
• Ensure backup, recovery and disaster recovery readiness
• Define and enforce technical standards, architecture, and best practices
• Plan and execute patches, upgrades, and release activities
• Install, configure and upgrade IFS Components
• Carry out preventive maintenance of systems and infrastructure
• Participate in incident and problem management according to ITIL processes
• Collaborate with application specialists, developers, and external suppliers
• Contribute to optimizing system performance and availability
• Provide technical support to users and internal teams

• Several years of experience with IFS Cloud Operations, and hands-on experience operating IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Strong understanding of IFS technical architecture and environment landscape
• Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management
• Solid skills in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and advanced troubleshooting
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
