Operations Manager

We are looking for a Site Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery operations of Cegeka Colombia within the GDIN delivery network. Starting with governance oversight of a new US customer project, this role is built to grow: as Cegeka Colombia expands its portfolio of projects and customers, so will the scope and responsibilities of this position. You will ensure consistent governance, high-quality service delivery, and cross-border harmonization across Cegeka Colombia's delivery operations, working closely with peers in Belgium and the Netherlands to align ways of working across the network. You will be accountable for people leadership, performance management, and stakeholder alignment - ensuring our contractual commitments and customer experience targets are reliably met, while helping build the operational foundation for Colombia's continued growth within the global delivery organization.#LI-DNI

• Operational Leadership
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple delivery teams.
• Ensure operational stability, efficiency, and consistent service quality across projects.
• Identify operational risks and drive mitigation actions proactively.
• Act as the local operational escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary operational contact for Cegeka US and European leadership teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, delivery managers, business leaders, and support functions.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams.
• Financial & Business Management
• Monitor operational budgets, forecasts, and cost performance.
• Track resource utilization and capacity planning.
• Support business growth initiatives and operational scaling efforts.
• Ensure financial objectives and operational KPIs are achieved.
• People & Organization
• Partner closely with HR and business leaders to address workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and organizational challenges.
• Support managers in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Process & Continuous Improvement
• Drive operational excellence through standardization, governance, and process optimization.
• Implement improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote best practices and alignment across the global delivery organization.

• 6+ years of experience in IT services, operations, delivery management, or business unit leadership.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex international environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Experience working with customers and senior business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges and drive solutions across organizational boundaries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, and Delivery organizations.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate operational metrics into business actions.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Highly proactive and hands-on.
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership.
• Commercially and operationally minded.
• Able to connect people, processes, and business objectives.
• Strong in stakeholder management and relationship building.
