Integration & Automation Developer - D365 & Azure (All cities, GR)

We are looking for a Senior Integration & Automation Developer to design and implement scalable integration solutions between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and external systems. The role focuses on building reliable, secure, and high-performance integrations leveraging Azure services and modern integration patterns.

  • Design and implement integration flows and automated processes between D365 and external systems
  • Define and apply orchestration patterns for complex system integrations
  • Develop and expose APIs and automation workflows
  • Build and maintain Azure-based integration components (serverless and event-driven)
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of integration solutions
  • Support integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and functional teams to align integration design with business needs
  • Contribute to technical documentation and integration design specifications

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong experience in system integrations and API development
  • Hands-on experience with Azure integration services
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Event-driven architectures
  • Synchronous vs asynchronous integration patterns
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to work independently with high technical autonomy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technical Stack: Azure DevOps (ADO) – CI/CD, repositories, work tracking, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Functions, Power Automate, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (integration context)
  • Seniority Level: Senior (5+ years of relevant experience), strong autonomy in design and delivery

  • Ability to work in distributed, international environments
  • Nice to Have: experience with Logic Apps / Service Bus / Event Grid, exposure to enterprise integration architectures (ESB, microservices), experience integrating D365 CE and/or F&O with external platforms, knowledge of security patterns (OAuth, API security, identity management)
