We are looking for a talented Observability Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us maintain and optimize our monitoring infrastructure. #LI-AP1

  • Implement, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Dynatrace.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring configurations and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features and industry trends to ensure optimal system performance.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in system engineering
  • Strong understanding of monitoring and performance management tools.
  • Hands on experience with tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus or similar.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems and microservices
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience/Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go or Java).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
