• Support end-users by delivering solutions for requests and incident related to Power BI, SSRS reports, subscriptions, data content, and data quality.
• Monitor and maintain the analytics platform, ensuring daily ETL processes run smoothly; troubleshoot and resolve incidents independently or with senior support.
• Develop smaller change requests: implement dataflows and pipelines or build Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with data architects and senior engineers to design and implement solutions.
• Ensure platform health by monitoring job execution, following up on incidents, and maintaining SLAs.
• Grow your skills through on-the-job learning and relevant certifications.
• Working knowledge in a support environment.
• Good understanding of Incident and Problem Management and SLAs.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools.

• Critical mindset with focus on accuracy and correctness.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
• Some experience with Power BI and SQL (queries and procedures).
• Passion for data, demonstrated through projects or self-learning.
