The success of your ERP project often hinges on the mindset of your colleagues, especially the management team. When they clearly see that a new ERP system is crucial for growth, it lays a strong foundation. But getting the CEO to champion the cause isn’t easy. It’s vital to focus on the strategic business benefits of ERP without getting bogged down in the technical details.This is where an experienced ERP partner can support you by conducting an in-depth business analysis. They’ll highlight not just the technical aspects, but also the business objectives and growth opportunities.
