Cegeka, a global IT solutions provider, has entered the Danish market with its innovative Dynamics 365 Pharma & Life Sciences solution and secured its first customer, a pharma company in Hellerup, Denmark. This is a key move in Cegeka’s ambitious plan to excel with its industry-specific solutions in the European market and become a leading Microsoft Business Applications partner. The initial focus for the Danish market is on Pharma & Life Sciences, with a clear next step to grow into process manufacturing.
A unique solution for the pharmaceutical industry
Cegeka’s Dynamics 365 Pharma solution is designed to meet the specific needs and challenges of the pharmaceutical industry, such as regulatory compliance, quality management, traceability, and customer engagement. Cegeka strongly believes in the unique value proposition of its Pharma solution, setting it apart from local competitors.

Local presence and a strong team
To stay in close cooperation with its Danish customers, Cegeka has chosen to establish an office near Copenhagen. Erik Beck Skyum is appointed as director of Business Solutions Denmark, effective from January 1, 2024. Erik has extensive experience with Dynamics 365 in the Danish market and will build up the local practice. He will also work closely with Soazig Hamon, Managing Director of Cegeka Nordics, to further develop the Nordic Region.

A first customer and an upcoming event
The company has secured a first partnership with a leading pharma company based in Hellerup, Denmark. The customer has ambitious growth plans and has been impressed by Cegeka’s quality and professionalism. They trust Cegeka to provide long-term support and value to their growth journey.
In March 2024, Cegeka will host a customer event in Denmark, an inspiration day for Pharma companies together with Microsoft and Epista. The event will showcase Cegeka’s Dynamics 365 Pharma solution and how it can help pharmaceutical companies optimize their processes, comply with regulations, and enhance their customer experience.
