Do you want to use your broad knowledge of communication and collaboration platforms in having an impact in your day-to-day activities? Then we might have a tailor-made challenge for you! You will work in a client team and, together with your colleagues, will be the go-to person for all communication & collaboration issues related to the digital workplace. You will be managing the client’s environment, taking part in an 24/7 on-call rotation, alongside the contribution you bring to projects and continuous improvement activities. Since you know all the ins and outs of successful customer engagement, you will make a difference every day in unburdening the customers, while also developing yourself in this process. Strong project management skills, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).

  • You are responsible for the technical realizations and you perform the necessary installations and configurations
  • You will handle tickets and changes as level 3 engineer
  • You analyze the environment proactively with a critical perspective and you come up with the necessary suggestions for improvement
  • You take part in different projects as the expert in your field
  • You provide clear documentation of the delivered solution to the client as well as to your colleagues in order to ensure a flawless support for our clients
  • You carry out the mission and philosophy of the department and encourage your colleagues and clients to follow these principles as well

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a BSC or MSC and 5 years of experience in a similar function
  • You have a passion for multiple technical areas and are not afraid to dive deeper into: Microsoft 365, Entra ID (custom domains, permissions management, license management, Enterprise Applications/App Registrations – Automation - PHS-PTA-SSPR, MFA/Conditional Access,..), Entra ID Connect (setup config, also in multi domain environment), Exchange On-Premise and experience in migrations of Exchange On-premise / Exchange Online (archiving/hybrid scenarios), Exchange Online Protection/Defender for Office 365, AvePoint (or experience with other migrations tools)
  • MS Teams knowledge together with SharePoint, Enterprise Voice & Session Border Controllers (AudioCodes/Ribbon, Anywhere 365) knowledge would be a plus
  • Being proactive comes natural to you, feeling comfortable in sharing feedbacks and ideas with the project manager, service manager, change manager and team leader
  • You can work independently and feel comfortable with embracing new challenges as they arise
  • You have a very strong hands-on mentality and analytical thinking skills; these are accompanied by your result-driven approach and your eye for quality and opportunities
