• Act as the bridge between functional consultants, architects, and developers
• Define the technical design vision and monitor quality of deliverables
• Take ownership of architecture in smaller projects
• Distribute work among developers while remaining hands-on
• Ensure successful transition from project to service mode for clients
• Oversee technical deliveries and release management
• Explore new technological possibilities and share insights with the team
• Support and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and quality

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O development (X++)
• Experience with AX 2012 and strong knowledge of X++, MorphX, Visual Studio
• Good understanding of D365 F&O architecture, frameworks, and ALM
• Solid SQL knowledge (queries, indexes, execution plans)
• Experience with reports (Electronic Reporting (ER), SSRS)
• Integration experience with Power Platform and third-party systems (Business events, DIXF, APIs, custom services)
• Familiarity with TFS (Git is a plus)
• Interest or experience in Azure Integration Stack (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid)
• Knowledge of main functional modules (GL, Inventory/Warehouse, AR, AP)
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or related technologies are a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; Ability to assess technical requirements and effort accurately; Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset; Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Eagerness for continuous learning in the evolving D365 landscape
