"Hi everyone, I am Siene. Every morning before work, I start my day with a cup of coffee.

At the moment I am actually working at a customer in Leuven where we are building on a brand new back-end application in Java – we do everything from scratch and there’s a lot to learn from it!

I am closely supervised by my dedicated people manager, and my colleague Nicky can confirm this as well. As consultant, you feel the closeness of the team and that you work in Close Cooperation.

So, I would definitely recommend Cegeka to everyone – and by the way, we are still looking for new amazing colleagues!"

The beauty of consultancy is being close to the client and crafting a wonderful success story together.

What do we offer you?

  • Support from a people manager in a professional environment: at Cegeka you are not a number. We go for a personal approach in which your people manager is responsible for your personal guidance and training.
  • Interesting long-term projects: As IT consultant you have to run from project to project and client to client. This is one of the persistent clichés about IT consultancy that we are happy to debunk for you.

  • State-of-the-art technology: you work (depending on your position) with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies such as agile test driven design, scrum, kanban, Kubernetes, etc.

  • Continuous learning and knowledge sharing are essential - numerous initiatives are organized for this purpose: knowledge sharing meetings, innovation centers, sandboxes, reading groups, use of Slack as internal communication platform, ...
