As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of ERP projects for our clients. Your primary focus will be to deliver the entire project within the agreed-upon scope, budget, and timeline.

Monitor and report on all aspects of the project to ensure it adheres to organizational requirements, methodology, and quality standards.
Serve as the main point of contact for the client.
Translate client expectations into a comprehensive project plan with clear objectives, subject to approval by the steering committee.
Organize the project kick-off and ensure all employees and stakeholders are fully informed and aligned with the project plan.
Throughout the project duration, you will motivate and guide project staff towards achieving established objectives, conducting regular project evaluations and feedback discussions.
Advise the client throughout the entire ERP implementation process and lead both internal and external project meetings.
Identify and effectively manage project risks, bottlenecks, and changes.
Continuously update the project plan to keep it current, consistently applying Cegeka's project methodology.
Work closely with the Solution Architect, who is responsible for the substantive solution for the client. A typical project team also includes one or more business consultants, developers, and business experts.
Be involved in various projects where duration and project pressure can vary. Our projects typically range from 9 to 15 months, from kick-off to go-live.
If you also enjoy taking on the Service Delivery Manager role from time to time, this is considered a bonus.

What you bring to the team:

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ERP sector.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
A higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) is required, supplemented with relevant training or courses in project management.
Excellent knowledge of the functional and technical specifications involved in ERP implementation projects.
The ability to gain the trust of our clients through your professional knowledge, social skills, flexibility, and commitment.
Excellent leadership skills to effectively guide your team.
Certification in at least one project methodology such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK is an advantage.
An immediate comfort level with Cegeka's results-oriented, no-nonsense approach.
A strong command of both Danish and English.
