Cegeka wins Award ‘Best Mid Cap Corporate’ at M&A Awards Belgium 2023’ 

In the category ‘Best Mid Cap Corporate’, we were awarded for the acquisition of CTG, a leading provider of IT solutions and services in Europe and North America. We are confident that this move will create long-term value for our joint clients and employees.

The jury recognized this deal as a milestone for Cegeka, transforming our company from a European to a true global IT service provider. The jury honoured the acquisition of Computer Task Group by Cegeka. CTG is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions. The acquisition of the American company will allow Cegeka to become a true global IT integrator with a turnover of 1,4 billion euro.
