The role of Project Manager (PM) at Cegeka has different areas of focus. So you can work internally for the rollout of general projects (focus IT or non IT). Or you ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, usually for our external customers.

For both types of roles you preferably master the project methodology Prince 2 and have experience working in an agile context. You are your positive and enthusiastic self every day, are approachable and authentic and breathe our DNA 'in close cooperation'. With your result-oriented approach you create buy-in and you have sufficient eye for the people in your team.

Projects for internal customer

    • Internal client: as Corporate PM you will manage all strategic and tactical internal projects for divisions such as IT, HR, Finance, ...
    • Type of projects: IT and non-IT
    • Examples:
      • Integration acquisitions (Finance, HR & workplaces).
      • Identity & access management Cegeka wide.
      • Optimization processes software & hardware distribution.
      • Roll-out of IT platforms, roll-out of Windows 11.
      • Refurbishment of our office buildings
      • Project management for CSR projects

Projects for external customer

    • External client: as PM you manage all strategic projects for our major clients with an average lead time of 1.5 years
    • Type of projects: focus IT (always IT technical knowledge required)
    • Examples: 
      • Hybrid Cloud (eg migrations to Azure, Lifecycle Management...)
      • Security (eg SOC/SIEM, EDR,….)
      • Digital Workplace (eg M365, SharePoint migrations,….)
      • ERP implementations
      • Software development for the Flemish government (Flanders Digital)

As Project Manager D365 Stefaan is responsible for the implementation of medium to very large ERP projects at our customers. This always based on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations. The scope of such projects can be very broad. Within D365 F&O this can include purchasing and sales processes, logistics, finance, production, planning, product life cycle management, project and service delivery, etc. Such projects often also include the implementation of a CRM package, D365 Customer Engagement.
