Voka Sustainable Entrepreneurship Charter (VCDO)

In August 2025, Cegeka Belgium- Flanders reached a new milestone in our Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) journey by completing our fifth year of participation in the Voka Sustainable Enterprise Charter (VCDO) under the guidance of VOKA – Chamber of Commerce Limburg, to embed sustainable entrepreneurship in our DNA and achieve our ESG objectives.

In 2025, we also proudly earned the SDG Champion Certification, which recognizes our ongoing dedication to ESG and the alignment of our efforts and strategy to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This achievement comes after already obtaining the UN SDG Champion Laureate (intermediary) Certificate in 2024, as well as the UN and SDG Pioneer Certificates in 2023.

These accomplishments reflect the dedication of many colleagues across our organization. A notable example is the Zero emissions virtual server project, led by Luc Greefs, which aims to significantly reduce the environmental footprint of our digital infrastructure by optimizing server usage and energy efficiency.

At the same time, we recognize that ESG is a journey of progress, not a destination. There is still important work ahead, and we remain committed to further advancing our sustainability goals, together.
