Leadership in such a structure will evolve in two essential directions: on one hand, leaders will need technical competence, and on the other hand, people management skills will remain crucial, requiring emotional intelligence and empathy to motivate teams and promote collaboration and innovation. Human relationships will remain the key element of success.

What will be the main challenges for leaders in the year 2030?

The main challenges for future leaders include the rapid pace of technological advancements, managing the balance between employees and technology, responsibly harnessing artificial intelligence, attracting and retaining diverse talent, and the need for constant innovation to remain relevant and competitive.
