Last week at Nordic Life Science Days (NLS Days) in Gothenburg, our Danish and Swedish teams came together to represent Cegeka Nordic for the very first time — joined by a colleague from Belgium whose deep industry expertise added valuable support to our presence on-site. It was a meaningful step forward, bringing together local insight and international experience to engage with the life sciences community across the region.
A workshop rooted in real-world experience
We opened the event with a joint workshop alongside Microsoft and Ascendis Pharma, focused on what it takes to build the operational foundation for global pharma growth. The session featured the story of Nyxoah, a MedTech company navigating the shift from R&D to international commercialization, and a look at how Agentic ERP is helping companies rethink how they work.
The discussion was practical and grounded—highlighting the value of having the right systems, people, and processes in place to support growth, compliance, and innovation.
Conversations that count
Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to meet with professionals from across the Nordic region. These weren’t just quick chats—they were thoughtful conversations about real challenges: scaling operations, entering new markets, managing compliance, and exploring how AI can support quality and efficiency.
It was clear that many companies are looking for solutions that are not only robust and compliant, but also built with their industry in mind.
A solution designed for the realities of pharma
Many of the conversations we had at NLS Days circled back to the same themes: regulatory complexity, operational silos, and the need to scale without losing control. These are exactly the kinds of challenges our Pharma & Life Sciences solution is built to address.
Developed on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and tailored for the industry, it supports everything from FDA compliance and batch traceability to cross-border operations. It’s a solution shaped by real-world needs—validated, preconfigured, and supported by teams who understand the day-to-day of pharma, biotech, and MedTech companies.
Stronger together
NLS Days also gave us a chance to work side by side with colleagues from across the region. The collaboration between our Danish and Swedish teams—and the support from our Belgian colleagues and Microsoft partners—was a reminder of what we can achieve when we bring our strengths together.
We’re grateful to everyone who took the time to connect with us. If we didn’t get a chance to speak—or if you’d like to continue the conversation—we’d love to hear from you.
Let’s keep building, together.
