Dynamics NAV was Microsoft’s previous ERP solution for small to medium-sized companies. The software allowed you to automate business processes within your organization. Today this software is included in an application within Dynamics 365: Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Dynamics 365 includes all the features of Dynamics NAV, but offers many more possibilities. The new business platform combines ERP and financial software with Dynamics CRM, workflow tools (to break down the walls between ERP and CRM solutions) and a tool for developing your own mobile applications with very simple code. All of this can be found on a single cloud platform.
