Power Up Your Skills: Dynamic Training Sessions for Microsoft Power Platform

The possibilities of the Power Platform are endless. But how do you really get the best out of the platform? We will tell you all about our approach for the Flemish government (Vlaamse overheid).

Together with Microsoft we led a dynamic training session in Brussels for the Vlaamse overheid. With people from various entities we created an intelligent chatbot in Copilot Studio, which 'speaks' by using data from a specific application and web page. This was not just your 'one size fits all' training, but custom made based on the needs of the participants. 

The application was created with the help of Power Apps, and the supporting web page with Power Pages. The app and the web page show an overview of the different kinds of permits. 

With the help of Copilot Studio we created a chatbot that could list all expired permits, that gives an overview of all kinds of permits and that can extend the deadlines for these permits. And that all by just talking to it! Finally, the virtual assistant is able to generate a summary of the permits (with the help of generative Al) and shows how you can easily connect this to the internal knowledge base. And this was created in only half a day, amazing right?
