Cegeka achieves 7th Top Employer certificate in a row

Cegeka has once again been awarded the prestigious Top Employer certification in Belgium for the seventh consecutive year! The Top Employers Institute, the global authority in workplace excellence recognition, evaluated our HR processes and activities over the past year. As our employees form the foundation of our success, we are proud that Cegeka Belgium has once again earned the title of Top Employer.

The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on their participation and results in the HR Best Practices Survey. This comprehensive research involves detailed questionnaires and an audit process. It delves into six HR domains, encompassing 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and more.

Top Employer results

Our overall score is 89.79% (+2.93%, 2023). Compared to the benchmark group of 2,299 certified Top Employers worldwide, Cegeka Belgium outperforms in all six HR domains (Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, and Unite). Our total score is also higher than the average Top Employer score of 19 certified IT companies (which is 84.68%).

We achieve a score of 100% on the topics of Business Strategy, Leadership, Work Environment, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Goals & Values, and Ethics & Integrity.

Compared to last year, Cegeka has made the biggest progress in the areas of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (+26.79%).
