Webinar

Is your organization ready for E-invoicing?

Discover how Cegeka and Continia can help you!

Between 2024 and 2028, European governments will enforce mandatory B2B e-invoicing to combat VAT fraud. In Belgium, for instance, electronic invoicing is already compulsory for companies issuing invoices to the federal and Flemish governments, but starting from January 1, 2026, all VAT-registered businesses will only be allowed to invoice each other digitally.

This streamlined way of working not only brings benefits such as time savings and administrative simplification for organizations, but also ensures a smooth transition to e-invoicing within Business Central, giving your clients and suppliers ample time to prepare themselves.

What can you expect?

During this webinar, we will delve into the following topics:

  • What does e-invoicing look like today and in the near future?
  • Why and how should you invoice through Peppol / Continia Delivery Network?
  • What are the differences between receiving and sending PDF and XML invoices with Continia solutions?
  • What other electronic documents can you expect in the future?
  • And what about compliance?

Speakers

  • Patrick Nijs, Country Manager, Continia Software Belgium
  • Frederik Goerlandt, Application Consultant Business Central, Cegeka
