Through initiatives that create lasting impact for vulnerable groups, we contribute to UN Sustainable Development Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities.
Below we invite you to discover a few highlights and stories from our community investment journey across our different countries and subsidiaries.
Romania
To us, being present is all about becoming an active part of the communities we serve, working toward a world where access to education, quality healthcare, and environmental protection are rights, not privileges. In 2025 alone, Cegeka Romania invested over €100,000 in impactful projects. Our local partners include World Vision Romania, Dăruiește Viață, and Atelierul de Bine.
"At Cegeka Romania, we remain deeply committed to supporting the wellbeing of our communities as a trusted and reliable partner. Among our ESG pillars, education stands as our most enduring priority. We believe that universal access to quality education is one of the essential factors which contribute to a healthy and sustainable society. Therefore, our main focus in the following years is investing in educational initiatives, particularly those that go beyond traditional frameworks and support children with limited access to technology and learning resources. With every project we take part in, we aim to pave the way for future generations to step confidently into their careers and reach their full potential.”
Andra Antonescu - HR Director Cegeka Romania
Italy
Cegeka Italy has built a strong partnership with Fondazione CondiVivere, supporting people with intellectual and relational disabilities. Each year, our colleagues also take part in the Relay Marathon in Milan, combining sports and teamwork to raise funds for this important cause.

Belgium
Our Belgian colleagues joined the 2025 edition of the 1000KM for Kom op tegen Kanker, the 13th consecutive participation in this initiative, which we took over from CTG and have continued to support with great commitment. Each team raised €5,500, going entirely to cancer research, contributing to a record-breaking €7,362,000 raised by the 1000km community in 2025.
Cegeka Belgium also proudly sponsors RWDM Girls, an inclusive football club in Molenbeek that empowers girls and women to thrive through sport, regardless of background.

Colombia
Our colleagues in Colombia partnered with Fundación Fuente de Esperanza, an organization that creates prosthetics from recycled materials to support people with disabilities.
Additionally, they donate unused laptops to organizations in need, helping bridge the digital divide.
Greece
Our Greek colleagues came together in September 2025 for Race for the Cure, running to honor survivors, support those still fighting, and bring hope to everyone affected by breast cancer.
Germany
Recently, the German team volunteered at Langener Tafel, a food bank in Germany, helping collect, sort, and distribute food to those in need.
"Volunteering changes people’s perspectives and helps them appreciate what truly matters. I can only encourage everyone to give it a try – it's worth it!"
Susanne Karopka - Recruiting Director and Head of Inside Sales, Cegeka Germany
Moldova
For the second year in a row, Cegeka Moldova recently joined the Big Hearts Marathon, raising funds for the National Association of Rare Diseases to support children and adults living with rare conditions.

India
In response to urgent needs, our Cegeka India team organized blood donation drives and donated sewing machines to empower women from financially challenged backgrounds through the Aishwariam NGO.

NSI
It is a tradition for NSI to invite all their employees to walk, run, cycle or carry out other activities in order to support Think Pink, an organization fighting against breast cancer that supports people affected by the disease and their families.
In 2025, for each employee who comes dressed in pink or blue, NSI donates €10 to the Cancer Luxembourg Foundation.
Sweden
From blood donation campaigns to cooking meals right before Christmas for people without shelter in Stockholm, our generous Swedish colleagues make a meaningful difference every year.
Together, we continue to make positive change
A heartfelt thank-you goes to all our colleagues who take time, energy, and compassion to give back. The energy, generosity and commitment of our local teams touch countless lives and show what it truly means to be there for our communities!
