In 2024, Cegeka received the Top Employer recognition in Belgium and the Netherlands. The Top Employers Institute evaluates organizations based on the results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains, including People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, and Diversity & Inclusion, etc.

This recognition of our HR policy is not only important for us as an organization. Above all, it is something we achieve for our current and future employees.

Results Cegeka Belgium – 2024

Our overall score for Belgium stands at 89,79%, marking a notable increase of 2,93% compared to 2023. When measured against the benchmark group consisting of 2 299 certified Top Employers worldwide, Cegeka Belgium outperforms in all six HR domains (Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, and Unite). Additionally, our total score surpasses the average score of 84,68% for 19 certified IT companies recognized as Top Employers.

We have achieved perfect scores of 100% in critical areas such as Business Strategy, Leadership, Work Environment, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Goals & Values, and Ethics & Integrity.

Notably, Cegeka Belgium has made significant strides in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), with an impressive increase of +26,79% compared to the previous year.

Results Cegeka Netherlands - 2024

In 2024, Cegeka Netherlands achieved an overall score of 86,22%, showing an improvement from 84,05% last year. When measured against the benchmark group of 2 052 certified Top Employers worldwide, Cegeka Netherlands demonstrates outperforms, particularly in Talent Acquisition and Development. Additionally, notable advancements have been observed in the areas of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and internal mobility over the past year.
