Logistics Tools Assistant

CTG IT Solutions, a leading IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions, is currently seeking a talented Logistics Tools Assistant consultant to join our dynamic team.

Nature of tasks:

As a Logistics Tools Assistant, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Definition of needs for finding/developing appropriate tools for the service
• Develop, test, and improve modules to optimise internal systems and workflows.
• Create and maintain all project-related documentation in line with best practices.
• Analyse service operations to propose technical and organisational improvements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor planning, timelines, and report on project progress clearly and regularly.
• Troubleshoot compatibility, configuration, and migration issues for logistics tools.
• Organise and oversee Proof of Concept (POC) activities with software providers.
• Act as an interface between technical teams and end users to ensure clear communication and solution alignment.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of AWS Quicksight, Flexera CCO, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Good command of at least one development language suitable for professional IT environments.
• Solid understanding of database principles and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification required (or commitment to obtain it within 3 months).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Organised, autonomous, and result-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
