CTG IT Solutions, a renowned IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions, is seeking a talented Technical Team Leader (TTL) to join our team.

In this position, you will play a vital role in daily operational team management, ensuring efficient service delivery, quality control, and continuous improvement.

Nature of TASKS:

As a Technical Team Leader, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Lead, coordinate, and support the Proximity Support team in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of user incidents and service requests.
• Act as the main point of escalation for complex technical or operational issues.
• Monitor team performance, workloads, and service levels, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Organize schedules, task assignments, and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Conduct regular team meetings, individual follow-ups, and performance reviews.
• Manage and coordinate continuous improvement or deployment initiatives (planning, tracking, reporting).
• Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Report on operational metrics, identify trends, and propose improvement actions.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Extensive experience coordinating Proximity Support teams in a corporate environment.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Proximity Support Agent or similar (field support, deskside, end-user support).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in project coordination (planning, monitoring, and follow-up of improvement or deployment projects).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to interact professionally with users and management.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level).
• Knowledge of ITIL principles is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree, 7 years of experience as Team Leader are required OR Master’s degree, 5 years of experience as a Team Leader are required.
