The Top Employers Institute certifies organizations based on their participation in the HR Best Practices Survey, an extensive assessment complemented by an external audit. The evaluation spans six HR domains and twenty topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Our Results: Continued Growth and Strong Performance

This year, Cegeka Belgium achieved an overall score of 93.33%, marking a significant increase compared to last year (+1.62%). 

Our score exceeds: 

• the global average of 2,497 certified Top Employers (85.71%) 
• the average score of the 14 certified IT companies in Belgium (87.38%) 

We achieved a 100% score in several domains, including Business Strategy, Leadership, Work Environment, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Ethics & Integrity.
