Prepare for mandatory e-invoicing with Peppol

From 1 January 2026, electronic invoicing will be mandatory for B2B transactions between Belgian VAT-liable companies. This means that invoices may no longer be exchanged via paper or e-mail (such as PDF), but via the secure Peppol network in a standardized electronic format such as UBL.

This change not only brings obligations, but also opportunities to automate invoicing processes and work more efficiently. How do you ensure that your organization is in order on time?

This webinar is relevant for finance and IT managers who want to understand how to optimally prepare for mandatory electronic invoicing and what role Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX plays in this.

Why participate?

Microsoft will release an update in September 2025 that will allow users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management to create sales invoices in the Peppol BIS 3 format. If you don't want to wait this long, Cegeka offers a solution - an XML mapping component - that will allow you to send and receive electronic invoices earlier.

This Cegeka XML mapping component is also the final solution for the older AX versions, but only for sending invoices!
