Senior IAM Engineer

CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring an Senior IAM Engineer to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution.

 As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and evolving identity and access management solutions within the organization. You will work on complex and critical environments, ensuring the security, consistency, and performance of authentication and authorization systems. 

Key responsabilities:

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure IAM solutions
• Implement, configure, and maintain identity services, including Active Directory and Keycloak
• Define and enforce authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management policies
• Integrate internal and external applications with IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, identity federation)
• Contribute to defining IAM standards and continuously improving security processes
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to authentication, federation, and access
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, network, and development teams to ensure overall consistency
• Monitor IAM technologies and propose relevant improvements
• Strengthen identity and access security
• Standardize and modernize IAM solutions
• Improve user experience through efficient and secure authentication mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Your profile:

Skills:

Active Directory (AD)

• Architecture, GPO, LDAP, Kerberos, account and group management
• Synchronization and integration with other systems

Keycloak

• Installation, configuration, administration
• IAM protocols: OIDC, OAuth2, SAML
• Management of realms, clients, roles, policies, authentication flows

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of other IAM solutions (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock…)
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell / Bash scripting)
• Understanding of application and infrastructure security (IAM, PAM, Zero Trust)
• Knowledge of microservices architectures and API Gateways

Profile:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM, including time in a senior role
• Ability to design and document complex IAM architectures
• Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, with a strong focus on security and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Master’s degree in IT
