Support Technician
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with CTG IT Solutions? We are seeking a dynamic Support Technician to join our team, working alongside a prestigious European Institution based in Luxembourg.
Your tasks
- You answer incoming calls
- You analyze incidents, requests, and issues
- You track incidents and keep data up to date (Service Desk Manager)
- You escalate incidents to dedicated support groups
- You follow up on incidents until full resolution
- You suggest improvements regarding incident management
- You are responsible for monitoring critical systems
- You provide application support (Windows, Office, etc.)
- You install Windows system images
- You create users and troubleshoot in Active Directory
Your profile
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience in this field
- You speak and write French fluently
- You have at least a B1 level in English
- You are ITIL certified (certification can be obtained within 3 months after the start date)
- You have experience using Active Directory
- You have good skills in Windows, MS Office, etc.
- You are able to integrate into an international/multicultural environment
- You have good communication skills and a team spirit
