Windows Administrator

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with our team? We are seeking a skilled Windows Administrator to join a prestigious European Institution based in Brussels.

You will contribute to the maintenance, evolution and modernization of a large-scale Microsoft Workplace environment, supporting thousands of users across a complex international organization.

Your tasks

As a Senior Windows Administrator, you will play a key role in the administration, deployment and support of the Windows workplace environment. 

Your mission:

• Manage and support Windows 10/11 workstation environments
• Deploy and troubleshoot software packages through Microsoft SCCM / MECM
• Analyze and resolve complex operating system and application incidents
• Investigate issues using logs, Event Viewer and advanced troubleshooting methodologies
• Support and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy configurations
• Work closely with support teams to resolve escalated third-level incidents
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams for application validation and deployment activities
• Contribute to workplace standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Participate in automation and optimization activities using PowerShell

Your profile

Required Technical Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Hands-on experience with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Good understanding of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
• Experience troubleshooting complex Windows environments
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments
• PowerShell scripting skills
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• French & English are mandatory

Additional Assets:

• Microsoft Azure / Entra ID knowledge
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience in large enterprise environments
• ServiceNow experience
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager expertise.
• VMware knowledge
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android)
